My Story
As an accredited SENR graduate consultant with a 1st class degree and distinction masters, I bring extensive experience from my international triathlon career including, representing Wales at the 2022 Commonwealth Games and Great Britain at the 2022 European Championships.
With my journey as a triathlete, I’ve learned firsthand the critical role of nutrition in optimising performance and overall well-being. From battling the dreaded ‘bonk!’ to being diagnosed with relative energy deficiency in sport, including osteopenia, I learnt how crucial nutrition is to not only your performance, but also your health.
Through my own journey and working with performance nutritionists at the highest level, I’ve witnessed the transformative power of personalised nutrition strategies in enhancing energy levels and performance, both on and off the field.

Should you desire continued guidance and support, additional sessions are available at a reduced rate of £45. Maintain the momentum of your progress with personalised assistance tailored to your evolving needs, ensuring you stay on course towards your goals.

Issy supported me throughout my training for my first triathlon. She was very knowledgable, had a warm and approachable manner and taught me so much about how to fuel my body. Knowing what to eat over the course of a day, but also specifically before, during and after a training session massively helped me to get the most from my training and best performance on the day. She also made things very easy and I didn’t need to stop eating the things I love. Would highly recommend - I’ve learnt so much!
Throughout my training, Issy helped educate me on how much fuel my body needed to complete the half marathon to the best of my ability. With it being my first half marathon, I wasn’t sure what to expect, however by implementing a nutrition strategy to my training, I was able to learn what types of foods / gels I got on well with. This meant that come race day, I had a clear nutrition strategy that I knew my body would respond to. I’m sure I’d never have ran my first race as quick without Issy’s guidance, and I’m looking forward to continue working with her!
After completing a marathon I signed up for an ultra. Nutrition is a mind-field! I trawled through social media for advice and trialled nutrition plans that ended in disaster. Then along came Issy. A few conversations later Issy sorted me out with a straight forward and clear nutrition and drinks plan.

Issy has given me a whole new way to think about my nutrition. Although having previous nutritional advice before, I’ve found working with Issy and getting her advice and coaching on my nutrition has helped me the most. Playing professional rugby I need to have the right fuel, not only to be energised for my sessions but to also recover as best as I can from them. Issy has worked with me in planning not only what I eat/drink but when I eat/drink and I’ve found myself with more energy during my sessions and games and less sore post sessions and games. Issy is a great nutritional coach and an amazing person, I couldn’t recommend her enough!
